Laura served as Executive Director of Camp Fire USA/North Central Washington Council from 1996 to 2003 and was responsible for council operations Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Okanogan and half of Adams counties. Her previous career experiences include co-owner and general business manager of The Training Station (currently Gold's Gym), and general partner in Cascade Investments. Laura has a Masters of Education in Educational Technology, a BS in Accounting from Central Washington University, and an Associates of Arts Degree from Wenatchee Valley College.

Tricia Degnan
Administrative Assistant

Tricia Degnan is the Administative Assistant to the Building Manager at the CTC.  Tricia is your contact to book an event or if you have any questions regarding the CTC or the Videoconference Center.  She was hired by the Port of Chelan County in 2004 to assist in daily operations at the CTC.  Her background includes owning and operating a small business and ten years’ experience in office management.  She attended Wenatchee Valley College and specialized trainings focusing on business administration.

Tricia is the mother of two teen aged children, son Caleb and daughter Katelyn.

Debby Thompson
Lead Technician

Debby Thompson is the Lead Technician for the Videoconference Center at the CTC. She is employed by the North Central ESD and contracted to the Chelan County Port to provide technical support for the audio/visual equipment at the CTC. Debby draws from an extensive background and experience with videoconferencing and computer networking. During the construction of the CTC, Debby was instrumental in working with the contractors on the technological needs for the building.

Thompson has been a Video Operations Specialist for the North Central ESD since January 2000. She provides videoconferencing support and training to school districts in the North Central region and the ESD. Debby has served on the Polycom User Group board, the Wenatchee School District Tech Committee, and on a state-wide committee to implement new videoconferencing equipment to Washington State school districts. Prior to joining the ESD Tech Team, Debby was a Novell Network Administrator and Microsoft Access database designer for ten years.

Debby lives in East Wenatchee with her husband Kelly, daughter Kelby and son Tristan. Her hobbies include herb gardening, photography and family adventures.

Mike Zodrow
Security Guard Administrator

Mike has been with the Port of Chelan County since 2002 and works at the Confluence Technology Center. He previously spent four years with Merchant Patrol Security stationed at Rocky Reach and Rock Island Dams.  Mike also worked for Wenatchee Alarm and Security installing cameras and security systems.  He has had specified training on the security systems and fire systems.
