**NOTICE To Our Customers**
WE ARE OPENING BACK UP!!!!
Chelan County has been moved to Phase 2 of the governor’s plan to open business in WA State.
This means that the CTC can open back up at 30% capacity for business meetings, trainings, and testing.
We have been working to make sure that all COVID-19 requirements have and will continue to be met in our facility.
Here are a couple things you’ll need to know before booking.
During your event:
- Face masks are a requirement.
Please make sure that all attendees are aware of this requirement before the day of the event. Please have extra disposable masks available for those that forget theirs. - Social distancing is also required.
We will help with this, as we will make sure the room is set with chairs set 6 feet apart. Once the room is set, we cannot allow you or staff to move the tables or chairs. And, if more people show up than planned, those people must be turned away. So, please plan ahead well! This will make it easier for all of us. - Provide a COVID-19 Program Supervisor.
It is required to have a designated person to ensure masking and social distancing are practiced and enforced at each event. This is someone you , as the customer, will need to provide. - Pre-register Attendees.
It is also required that each meeting organizer ensures all attendees are pre-registered and retain contact information for all attendees. - The CTC will not be offering beverage or snack services until further notice.
The requirement right now is that all food service be self-contained, pre-plated, grab and go meals and snacks. You are more than welcome to provide your own. - We are offering a temporary discount on Virtual Meetings.
We want your event to be successful and we understand that not everyone will be able to attend in person, so we are offering a significant discount on our virtual meeting rates for a limited time.
