How do I reserve a room for my event?

We reserve our rooms on a first-come first-serve basis.

If you would like to inquire about availability or would like a proposal, please fill out our Event Availability Inquiry Form. We will send you information on what rooms are available for your event and a proposal with the costs included. Nothing will be reserved until we receive the following booking form.

When you are ready to reserve/book a room, please fill out our Online Booking/Reservation form. We will place a hold on your room and send you a simple contract containing your event details and costs involved. Once the contract is signed, we will finalize the booking.

What are your Booking/Cancellation Policies?

Due to staffing and room setup requirements, we have some timeframe restrictions on booking meeting rooms. We have a cancellation policy based on how far in advance the event is cancelled. For policy information on booking, cancelling, or paying for your event, please see our Booking Policies.

How do I connect to other locations?

At the CTC we have the resources to find and provide videoconference-capable facilities for you so you can meet in real-time with participants across the country and around the world. From desktop links to conference rooms full of participants, our ability to access multiple networks allows us to customize strategic connections for your needs. Call for complete information.

Do you have catering?

Though we do not provide catering, our fully-equipped catering kitchen allows your caterer to serve food on site to your specifications. The use of the kitchen and indoor dining patio are available for your meeting or conference.

We are a no-flame facility; this includes Sterno.

CTC staff can provide coffee service at a nominal cost and ice water service free of charge.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, we have free off-the-street parking for 265 vehicles plus 4 handicap parking stalls, with street parking for overflow. Bikes racks are also available.

How tall are your meeting room ceilings?

Our meeting room ceilings are 10′ 9″

Do you supply linens?

No, we do not supply linens. However you are welcome to rent, bring your own, or ask your caterer to provide them. Our meeting room tables are 2’x6′. In table island configuration the islands are 4’x6′.

Do you rent your facility for private events?

No, we do not rent rooms at the CTC for private events such as weddings, receptions, birthday parties, etc. We rent strictly to organizations. We do rent rooms to businesses for gatherings such as retirement parties, luncheons & holiday events.
