Event Booking Policies

Booking Restrictions:

Bookings are accepted on a first come, first server basis and are subject to room availability.

We do not rent rooms for private events such as weddings, receptions, birthday parties, etc. The CTC Meeting rooms are rented strictly to organizations for business-related events such as meetings, workshops, trainings, seminars, etc. We also rent to businesses for retirement parties, luncheons & holiday events.

Events can be booked, at the minimum, one full business day in advance.

For example, if you have an event starting at 8:00 am on a Tuesday, the latest we would accept an online booking would be by 8:00 am, Monday. If you have an event starting at 10:00 am on a Monday, the latest we would accept an online booking would be by 10:00 am, Friday.

Please call us directly if your event is less than one full business day away.

Booking Cancellation Policy:

30+ days – No cancellation fee
Less than 30 days – Full rental fee is due. We will refund 50% of the amount if we are able to rebook the space.

Payment Policy:

Payment is requested prior to your event, although we understand some entities are not able to pay for services until rendered.
We accept payments in the form of check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, or ACH. We do not accept American Express.

We accept credit card payments through our secure eGov payment portal.  Note: Our credit card processing site, eGov, adds a 2.95% charge on top of your invoice amount.  We are also able to run your credit card for you in office or over the phone.  The processing fee still applies.

Payment via check: Checks are payable to Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA) and can be mailed to 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 102, Wenatchee, WA 98801.
