Great Events Start Here

A great meeting produces the results you’re after, and getting results requires taking care of details in advance.

The Steps

We make it easy.

Before the Event

Schedule your room at the CTC

Hire a caterer

  • See our list of caterers (you are not limited to this list).
  • A catering kitchen is available for your use.

Finalize agenda and presentation

  • When filling-out the Event Booking form, make sure to send us a copy of your agenda and presentation using the form’s built-in file upload function. We will load your presentation onto the in-house computer for your meeting.
  • Provide contact information for videoconference, teleconference or web conference as far in advance as possible. Our technician will conduct a pre-meeting test with all sites for optimal connections.

Day of Event

Plan to arrive at least 1/2 hour early

  • Set up information/display table and special equipment (if used).
  • Our technician will be on-site to help with any technical needs.
  • Designated speakers should arrive at least 1/2 hour prior to event for audiovisual orientation.

Items to Bring

  • Table coverings and décor, banner & prepared displays, business cards & name tags, meeting attendance sheets, petitions, fact sheets and questionnaires.
  • Remember your copies. We do have a copy machine available for $.20 per copy.

We look forward to working with you!

Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority

The CTC represents the single largest investment in economic development ever undertaken by the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA). Constructing a facility to cultivate the region’s existing technology community and provide a state-of-the-art professional, technical and business training center put the CDRPA and its partners on the map for new and expanding technology companies eager to exchange the confines of major metropolitan areas for the clean, green lifestyle of North Central Washington.
